When I was in 7th grade, I proudly and boldly announced to my friends, “I want a career, not just a job“…even though I had no idea what that meant at that time!
Little did I appreciate then that my life’s work would be about careers, mine and others, innovating and creating new programs along the way that would open doors and pathways for many.
Helping people who have felt like outsiders create and develop their careers is especially rewarding and I often coach first-generation and internationally trained lawyers.
I work with organizations, teams and a broad range of legal professionals at various stages of their career to identify strengths and values, overcome challenges and barriers, and move towards confidence, joy and success by engaging in a thought-provoking coaching experience that offers them the required tools and strategies.
And as my company’s “Chief Enthusiasm Officer”, along the way, I wholeheartedly celebrate their strengths and accomplishments!!
